Fantastic apartment in an excellent location
I lived in this apartment for around 6 months in 2026 and had a wonderful stay. Beyond being just a generally pleasant space with lots of natural light and greenery on the property, Frogtown is a great neighborhood. The space itself is abundant with natural light and the kitchen is spacious and well-appointed! Laundry, ac/heat, WiFi, all work well consistently and Sevan is easy to communicate with if there's ever a need. Walking along the river path most evenings is so special, and was a true highlight of my stay. You'll see diverse and curious birds like blue herons and egrets and various songbirds. It's surreal in the urban landscape and truly beautiful. There are also plenty of small coffee shops and places to eat along the path, and cool bars/breweries and venues to explore all within walking distance. 10/10 recommend this place if you're searching for a comfortable stay in a great location with easy-going and easy to communicate with hosts.
