This is a two story- family house, located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently close to hospitals and public transportation. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and other local amenities. The apartment is very clean and well maintained.
Great Landlord and Great Location!
I stayed on the second floor of Dannys rental, It had everything I needed and more. It is convieniently located 8 min from the travel hospital Guthrie Lourdes. The parking is easy, I just parked in the plaza right next to the house only a 1 minute walk. Danny was also very responsive to any questions I had and was a very great landlord overall. I highly recommend staying here it was a great experience for me !
Great place
I stayed here for three mos witn my two senior dogs while working a local contract. The neighborhood is awesome for walking dogs, safe and lots of sidewalks with minimal Traffic. The traffic that is on the street dies down after ten pm and it's very quiet. I stayed in the first floor apartment whjch is basically identical to the top floor. There is fast wi-fi for streaming, washer dryer and stove, w everything you need to cook meals. The landlord is fast to respond with any issues. It has central heat so even down into the teens it stayed plenty warm. As far as the parking, as previously mentioned there is a parking lot across the street however I preferred to park on the adjacent cross streets, on the corner, and I literally never had an issue getting my spot as most locals have their own driveways. This is a great little area and is waking distance from the grocery store (one block) and BGH (two blocks). Highly recommend these apartments for anyone working in the area!
Felt safe, comfortable and it was super convenient
My travel buddy and I lived in this apartment for a little over a year together and then I lived in it for awhile on my own. We had the pleasure of renting from Matt the original landlord and Danny who bought the building. Both were great and easy to work with. In a year and a half of living there we only had one complication come up but Danny was on it and got it fixed quickly. The neighbors in the area are nice and friendly. They would always say good morning or hi if they were outside when I was coming or going. The most difficult part was parking. We went a long time parking right in front of the building without any issues. Then my travel buddys car got hit twice on two separate occasions. So as a recommendation there is a sleep lab across the street. There is always more than enough parking available and they never gave us a hard time. So we parked there and never had another parking issue. As a traveler with a buddy and alone, I felt comfortable in this location. Its very close to BGH it is also a super easy drive to Guthrie Lourdes and Wilson. Its conveniently right down the road from Weis, and a bagel shop that we really liked. DoorDash is easy for the apartment to if thats something that you need/want. It was a great convenient place to stay with a very kind easy to work with landlord. I was there from April 2023-Nov 2024. Id give 4/5 stars only because of our parking issues. But Ive given you a great recommendation to avoid thatand it really has nothing to do with the apartment itself or the landlord those are 5/5
