Highly communicative landlord, safe neighborhood, and a comfy place with plenty of amenities. Would recommend for prospective tenants

This place was wonderful! It has everything you need and more. I would stay here again if I get the opportunity to come back to this town! The landlord is amazing and very helpful!

A GEM OF A FIND!

Clean, comfortable bedroom, quiet housemates, easy access & ample parking.Kitchen well-outfitted but small; fine for one person cooking at a time.Washer/dryer in well-lit basement. Nice touches make the house homey.Neighborhood safe, quiet.Owners friendly, accommodating and professional. Lease reasonable, with two minor exceptions:1.For short-term stay, still required renters insurance (nominal fee, hassle to obtain; but protective) 2.Cleaning fee steep if just the bedroom. Suggest greater clarity in lease about house-cleaning expectations upon moving out; otherwise hard to know who is responsible for what in the common areas, & its impact on security deposit refund (mine was fully refunded straight away). First time using FF; unaware of their KeyCheck process & fee as outlined on website.Turned out easy and fast. Clear the owners carecareful who they rent to, and were doing home repairs while tenants away on Spring break! Are quick to communicate with by text or e. HIGHLY recommend.
