Although technically a basement unit, the apartment has a walk-out door that is only three feet below ground level and has traditional eight-foot ceilings. Furniture and decor are simple and functional which provides a feeling of spaciousness. The high ceilings and airy space--along with ample natural and artificial light--create a very un-basement-like vibe. It is quiet, cozy, and private.
