This is a beautiful brand new cottage with many windows viewing the trees and fields. A lot of light, warm and inviting. Quiet and very safe area. The cottage is located on 6 acres with mainhouse nearby. We have a chicken coop and small garden. Lots of flowers around the cottage. Spacious deck with sitting area attached on two parts house. Great place to stay!
I had a great experience staying at this cottage for my internship at UVA. It is an easy 10-15 min commute to UVA and other parts of Charlottesville. The property is safe and quiet. The landlords were very generous, offering starting cleaning supplies, towels, and linen. They also provided me with fresh eggs from their chicken coop! Highly recommend staying in this beautiful cottage.

Home away from home
Enjoyed staying at this perfect cottage while on assignment. The owners were very responsive and available to answer questions. Fresh eggs were available and much appreciated. This cottage is close to town, grocery stores, and neighboring hospitals. I enjoyed the peace and quiet while sitting on the back deck.

Feels like home
Just perfect! The landlords were very welcoming, courteous, and accommodating. The property is located at a very peaceful, quiet, and safe area of Charlottesville. From the property to UVA hospital, the commute was very straight forward, avoiding heavy traffic than most routes towards the hospital. Highly recommended.

Beautiful cottage
We stayed in this little cottage and very satisfied with landlords Pam and Tom. It's only around 10-15min drive to UVA. It's quiet and gets privacy. During our wonderful stay and we also get fresh eggs from our lovely landlords. If we come back in the future and definitely re-rent this beautiful cottage.
