Perfect, modern, spacious 2 bed/1 bath 2mi from downtown

The stay was great from start to finish! Good location, spacious bedrooms, and kitchen stocked with everything you need. Great communication from the host as well!

Hated to Leave

My wife and I stayed here for 7 months as we waited for then welcomed our first grandchild! And we wish we could have stayed longer. Syd is a.fabulous host! The accomodations were perfect for us. Location was also great. Bus line a half block away, coffee and restaurant too and we walked up to many restaurants and coffee shops all around Queen Anne from here. The kitchen and bath are especially nice. Washer and dryer were HUGE and did a great job. Beds have comfy mattresses and plenty of pillows. The private entry has a screen that you can use for airflow and the bedroom windows open too. The AC/Heater combo works well when you need it and each bedroom has a floor fan if you want/need it. If available we will definitely stay here again and even if we don't we will definitely stop by to see Syd and Teddy when we next come to visit our grandchild.

Amazing Stay In Seattle

Sydney's property is exactly as described in the listing-spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was private, peaceful, safe, yet conveniently close to everything in the Seattle area. I worked remotely during my stay, and the WiFi was flawless-reliable and fast, which made video calls and productivity seamless. Sydney was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to any questions I had. Sydney's communication was the best, from getting the lease signed to move out day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Seattle. Five stars all the way!
