Located in the Fauntleroy neighborhood of West Seattle. 4 blocks to rapid transit bus stop, 7 blocks to local shopping center (Target, Marshall's, gym, grocery store) and in the other direction, 10-minute walk to Puget Sound and 135-acre Lincoln Park and a couple neighborhood restaurants. Our house (and this daylight basement apartment) backs up to 40-acre Fauntleroy Park.
Super spacious and comfortable apartment!
This apartment is a hidden gem for the amazing location, generous size, and very kind and helpful hosts. The apartment itself is very spacious for a 1-bed and tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything you could possibly need and want for a short-term stay is available. The apartment has a lovely outdoor patio and is within walking distance of numerous parks, a cafe and deli, and the ferry. I commuted into downtown almost daily and had no issue relying on the bus, which is 5 mins walking distance from the apartment. The hosts are super kind and responsive and made my stay hassle-free and very pleasant. 10/10 would recommend!
Perfect spot to stay
Stayed here for a majority of my year long contract. This place was perfect! Such a large space and even an outdoor sitting area! It's in a beautiful quiet and safe neighborhood and close to so many things such as alki beach, Lincoln park, downtown Seattle, etc. The owners were the two of best landlords I have had while traveling for work over my 3 years! Super responsive and were on top of any issues I had! Close to all major highways so commuting to work was a breeze! I can't recommend this place enough!
