The House is free standing 3 story wooden Victorian House painted white built in 1903 with a backyard and situated on Golden Hill with a Huge 20 foot deck with panoramic views of downtown San Diego. The Apartment is on the second and third floors so there are stairs to climb. The quiet neighborhood is a cute assortment of vintage houses right above the downtown San Diego.
