Perfect Long-Term Stay! Modern Comfort + Great Location
I stayed here for 4 months and it couldnt have been better. Everything was brand new, clean, and modern from the state-of-the-art appliances and remodeled kitchen to the dimmable lights, automatic doors, and new in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool you could need, making it easy to cook at home. The dedicated office space made working from home seamless, and the patio and dog-friendly setup (plus a walking/pickleball/tennis park minutes away) were huge perks. The location is ideal with tons of food spots nearby and the new HEB right around the corner. Best of all, Mallory was amazing, super flexible and always quick to respond if I needed anything. Truly one of the best spots in Austin!

New to Austin - Stay here!
Happy I found this place! The location is incredibly convenient, especially for someone new to Austin like me. If you're looking to explore all the cool" and active spots in the city, this is the perfect place. It's close enough to downtown for easy access but far enough away to avoid the noise and extras that come with downtown living. As someone new to the area, I was nervous and anxious about finding the right place, but this location felt very safe. The neighborhood is gated and quiet. I especially appreciated the covered, gated and reserved parking spot. It made coming and going super convenient. The home itself is adorable and thoughtfully decorated, with upgraded features like dimmable lights, remotes for the fans, keyless entry, and my absolute favorite thing was the Eight Sleep bed!

Cute spot, great location!! Mallory always answers and helps
Stayed here for a few months beginning of the year and it was so close to my favorite spots in Austin, but loved being in a quieter condo/neighborhood. Location was unreal The condo is super well kept up and feels like its has new everything in the kitchen and bathroom. Patio was my favorite part, felt super spacious but still private! The parking was so nice to have. I always get nervous with renting but Mallory was amazing, really responsive and helpful every time I had a question or needed anything.
