great landlord and location

My girlfriend and I stayed here for about 7 months. It's a really quiet neighborhood with a huge backyard. We loved staying here because Diane is so welcoming and friendly. Diane was always available and easy to contact if we had any issues. She was so easy to talk to. We definitely feel like we've gained a friend. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Spotless unit in a cozy neighborhood

My fiance and I stayed here and we were pleased with how clean it was and also how quiet of a neighborhood it was located in. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, the unit was beautiful and had a large back yard. The location was perfect as it was near a lot of restaurants and downtown Fullerton. I would definitely recommend this unit and stay here again if possible!
