Ranch style home with a cosy country decor look. Open floor plan with lots of natural lighting from the large windows. Back yard patio with chairs (seasonal). Front yard is my pride and joy when my rose bushes are in full bloom.

Space
I prefer quiet hours be 9pm but 10pm at the latest. I am up early every morning.
Any visiting guests must be preapproved. Overnight $50/night for a guest. They are not allowed to be alone in my home without the booked guest being there.
The garage is not part of the shared space.
