From the very beginning, KD, our landlord was prompt and personable in getting our lease set-up. This was our first travel contract and her assistance was invaluable. This condo, in the Belmar Park area, in Lakewood was beyond our expectations. Beautifully maintained and decorated. We had all the comforts you would expect in a home. We loved the loft area for work and hosting visitors. The living room was very inviting and cozy. Large televisions in 3 areas. We are sorry we weren't there during "fireplace" weather. We spent every night on the porch enjoying the weather and wine. The location is beyond perfect. The condo is literally a 5 minute walk to beautiful Belmar Park. So many shops, breweries, restaurants, Target, movie theater, Whole Foods... Red Rocks was a 15 minute drive. Also a short drive to the train station to see an NBA game and downtown Denver. KD responded to a very minor plumbing issue and had it resolved within days. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed at Katies rental for 8 months and it was a wonderful experience. Katie is so kind and she was very responsive to any need that I had. Her place is quiet, clean, and well-kept and there are many stores within walking distance. If Im ever in Colorado again, I would absolutely stay here again.
