What this property offers
Quiet and clean environment, very spacious. The common area is smart and pleasant, decor is mostly vintage items. There is a workspace on the terrace as well as in the dining area. The terrace gets afternoon sun. I work 5-6 days a week in restaurants and when I'm at home I'm usually reading or listening to records. Large TVs are only in the bedrooms, there is a small one in the kitchen.
House rules are shoes off upon entering ...

Spacious bedroom: queen sized, versatile daybed with a soft 4" memory foam mattress. Plenty floor space for stretching or doing yoga comfortably. Summer duvet pictured, winter duvet provided also.
Walking distance to Griffith Park, Franklin Village, Thai Town and Los Feliz. 15 minute walk to Hollywood and Vine. My block is quiet but there are the usual sirens, helicopters and "city sounds" at night. Near several major hospitals. Located next to a Hollywood DASH stop and 4 blocks to subway station. Tons of good restaurants in the area as well as a large health food store 3 blocks away.

I highly recommend staying here! Firstly, Naomi is so incredibly lovely and welcoming. She went out of her way to make me feel at home and was so generous...inviting me to her family Thanksgiving brunch, lending me her suitcase when I did a trip to NYC, dropping me off at the train station and constantly bringing home cakes and doughnuts to share!! She was also a perfect housemate to live with: always up for a chat, but also very attuned to when I was needing my own space. She's super chill but also considerate about shared spaces. I've been in a lot of share houses, and Naomi is honestly a dream to live with! Secondly, the house and location are great. The room comes with a huge TV (with Disney/Netflix etc) , a fan/heater, and you have your own bathroom. I'm sensitive to traffic noise at night and I slept like a baby too. You're also super close to busses (3min walk), trains (10min walk), shops (10min walk) and Griffith Park (15min walk). Highly recommend staying here!
