Best furnished finder yet!

Nicole the landlord was great throughout the whole experience! The place looks exactly how it shows in the photos. Everything worked and the neighborhood was safe. Friendly neighbors, 2 car garage and the visitor parking is in front of the rental, so it was easy for our guest to find our place and park. 11min walk to a shopping area with ramen, boba, a fitness center, and a cute little cafe. Highly recommend this place. Only 20min away from red rock canyon. Made us fall in love w/ Las Vegas and the Spring Valley area.

We only have good things to say about Nicole and her husband Ian as they were, hands down, the best hosts that we have ever met! Not only were they professional and clear in directions/expectations of their home, but they were so kind and gracious as well! We would definitely rent again from them in the future as their home was in a safe, quiet neighborhood as well! Their home felt like home to us and was a much needed respite as well. There was so much care and detail taken into the design of the home, and they provided all that you needed to make a great meal and bake! They also provided great insight into what we could do in the area, and there were great memories made based on their recommendations! If there was ever an issue, they were quick to respond and help with the situation. They did everything they could on their end to alleviate any potential stress on ours. We would give more than 5 stars if we could!
