Amazing people to rent from, for once!

My family and I stayed at their property for all of our residency, and they were wonderfully accommodating and communicative throughout our years with them. Always prompt, always kind and understanding. So generous with their time and considerate of our needs. NEVER had we experienced renting from such good people before. And we have rented for quite a bit before then! We consider Larry and Pam to be extended family at this point!

Fantastic landlord

We rented a property from this landlord while in residency for 3 years and they were nothing but responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Always had an open line of communication and personally sought to correct issues as soon as feasibly possible either personally or through servicemen. For example, the water heater broke down with water leaking into the basement in the middle of the day. Then by the end of the day it was evaluated and repaired.

Great Landlords

I reside in the downstairs apartment of this building, and I can genuinely say that my landlords are the best I've ever had. With over 20 years of renting experience across various towns and cities, I can confidently state that these are the first landlords with whom I've developed a friendship. Whenever an issue arises, they address it as quickly as possible. As the owner of a construction company, I assist them in maintaining the units when necessary. Given that this is an older home, like most in the vicinity, occasional maintenance issues do occur, but they are resolved promptly. It astonishes me that a former tenant would leave a one-star review. Among all the properties I manage in the area, they are fortunate to have such attentive landlords.

poor service

We faced multiple issues with the landlord. He tried to cut our security deposit for anything and everything. He claimed he is gonna provide a list of damages with pictures then he sent the full deposit with a message that claims we should be grateful he didn't deduct money. Very poor apartment setting with very old and worn out couch and a table (that was considered furniture). We had to deal with mice and bugs all the time. Also, Clogged tub. Overall, it was really not worth it.
