We are quiet retirees offering the master en-suite bedroom and full bathroom for rent. The spacious corner room gets great sunlight and has a walk in closet. Wall to wall carpeting keeps it very quiet. The room would great for visiting professors or anyone needing to be close to WFU. Novant Health Hospital and Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, which also has Brenners Children Hospital are an easy drive.

Great quite apartment and great owners
I stayed in this apartment for 6 months. Apartment was spotless and all emanates were as described in the description. Owners were highly responsive and gave 24 hours notice prior to entering the apartment to address a dripping faucet. I would rent this apartment again if I accepted another assignment in Winston Salem. I worked at Novant and Atrium and this apartment is close to both facilities. Highly recommended

Fees will not be returned
Had to clean the condo when we got there. Washed dishes swept and mopped. left condo impeccable when we left and owner kept money for cleaning even though we cleaned not once but twice. Someone came in while we were out and groceries were missing as well as doors being locked when we got back that were not locked when we left. Overall the condo is nice but very disappointed with ethics.
