Coastal Retreat with Modern Upgrades - One Bedroom Gem with Ocean Views, Pet-Friendly, Close to Amenities

Great stay!

I stayed here for 6 months with my dog while on an assignment at Marian Regional and had a great experience! The space is cozy and thoughtfully set up with everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, with multiple coffee shops just a short walk away, which I loved. Pismo Beach is only about a 6-minute drive and also an easy bike ride. Stunning sunset views right from the backyard. Annabelle was welcoming, quick to respond, and always helpful whenever I had questions. I felt very comfortable here and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers!

Great place, awesome views, and an amazing property manager.

I lived at this property for 5.5 years. The property manager is amazing and super friendly. The views from the front of the apartment are some of the best in the area. Plenty of storage in the place and lots of natural lighting in the family room.
