Excellent studio

Excellent stay at this studio. The property was immaculate upon arrival. The check-in process was seamless with clear guided instructions, and the landlord was always very responsive and easy to reach whenever needed. Absolutely no concerns whatsoever, would definitely repeat.

Lovely house

My brother and I stayed here for 4 months. Felt like home. Responsiveness of the host was impressive. We had a few minor issues along the way and they all were addressed same day. There was everything for a comfortable life in the house. I barely needed to use any of my stuff. There’s also a nice backyard where I kept my motorcycle. I can’t think of anything why I wouldn’t stay there again.

A Cozy Studio with Outstanding Landlords

I enjoyed my three month stay in this unit and it surpassed my expectations. The layout of the unit it very efficient and has a modern remodel aesthetic that I like. The pictures shown on the site are accurate and they've taken great shots to give you an idea of what you are renting. I was very comfortable working remotely from this unit. The AC works well and the internet speed was reliably fast. The landlord ensured I was promptly notified of any potential service outages for maintenance and the one time the router needed a reset, they were on top of it quickly. The unit itself was wonderful, but what was even better were the two landlords. They were exceptionally responsive to any questions or concerns I had and tackled every request promptly. They clearly cared about the quality of my stay and it truly made a difference. I highly recommend any of their units since that'll ultimately land you two awesome landlords.

Exceeded my expectations!!!

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful studio apartment for almost 7 months, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The space was clean and well stocked with essentials to get me started during my stay! One of the biggest highlights was the locationit was in a safe, quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all major highways, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It made it so convenient to get around and explore the area. Communication with the landlord was seamless. They were always prompt to respond and really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I appreciated the clear instructions provided for everything, from check-in to Wi-Fi access. Whether you're in town for work or leisure, it's the perfect spot to settle in and enjoy your stay. Ill definitely be booking here again if I return to the area!
