Great host

Sergey is a great guy, friendly and caring host who tries his best to make one feel comfortable. He is easy to live with and easy to communicate. I had a nice stay at his apartment, which was clean and functional

Sergey was a great host during my stay with him from March to June. Sergey was respectful of my space and accommodating of my needs. The room is large with ample closet space. The bed is comfortable with high-quality memory foam and did not feel cheap. There is a lot of space in the fridge. There is a Keurig and air fryer for when I don’t feel like cooking. Private bathroom is a huge plus. He is a SF native and is able to provide a lot of insight for anyone new to the area. His adorable dog keeps to himself, and my puppy was able to get along with him and Sergey well. Having a carport is considered a luxury, and I am really happy he had one to offer me. The neighborhood is calm, safe, and respectful. I feel comfortable walking my dog at 11 p.m. at nighttime. It is a great location because you have a sense of apartment suburban living that’s 20-30 minutes away from SF. Hiking places are everywhere up here. Bonus perk, Wholefoods and UPS nearby for Amazon. Friendly and Spacious

Sergey was an amazingly kind host! His dog is so well mannered and hardly noticeable! The room is very clean and pretty darn spacious. Have own bathroom that has a shower in the bedroom. Spacious walk in closet. There's a desk, nice big window, and dresser. The neighborhood is quite friendly and great for jogging/walking. Sergey provides a car port too, so don't need to worry about parking. Plenty of street parking if needed. Sergey knows so much about SF and the general area and kindly gave great recommendations for good eats, hang outs, events etc. No issues and would definitely stay again!
