Excellent Guest Studio Apartment, Great Backyard, Quiet Neighborhood

Highly recommend!!

I stayed at this property for 6 months on my travel assignment. It's exactly as pictured, a well-maintained and spacious studio with plenty of storage space and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Owners are quick to respond with any questions. The neighborhood is quiet and safe (people out exercising before sunrise and after sunset with no problems). I never had issues finding a parking space in front. It is a short drive to entertainment venues, shopping, beaches, restaurants, parks, and freeway access but also options to avoid more populated areas if needed. All of this for an excellent price is truly a hidden gem!!
