This is one of the Nicest Places I Have stayed in! Fully Remodeled with New and Updated Furnishings and Stainless Appliances- Oversized Smart T'V's in all Bedrooms and Living Areas. Conveniently Located, it is close to Downtown and interstates, but yet in a quiet cute neighborhood. Would stay again!

I have been in property management for over 30 years and we have decided to try midterm rentals as a way to help travelers and our community by making available a comfy furnished house close to the medical district in Cedar Rapids. Close to Mercy Hospital (3 houses away from their parking lot) and a short distance to the PCI clinic and St Luke's Hospital. I have had friends and relatives that have been travelling nurses and listened to all the things that they enjoyed about their temporary homes and have them wrapped up in this wonderful rental.
