An exceptional landlord who truly goes above and beyond!

Dave has been an absolutely amazing landlord! He lives right next door, which means anytime I've needed anything, he's there almost immediately. As a wheelchair user, finding a landlord who genuinely prioritizes accessibility is rare — but Dave has gone above and beyond to make sure the space works for me. He renovated the tub and shower into a rolling shower, added ramps to the front of the house so I can get in easily, and is constantly looking for ways to make the space more functional for my needs. Beyond the physical improvements, he's incredibly generous with his time — he'll offer to grab groceries for me whenever he's heading to the store, and if I need to borrow something or there's anything missing from the house, he's right there to help. It's rare to find a landlord who cares this much about their tenant's quality of life. I'd highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a place!
