Great house and great location
Great little house and a great front porch to sit and relax. Great location in the heart of Clarkdale. Super close to the hospital system. 10/10 recommend!! Landlord is great!!

Nice property, terrific landlord
I rented Mary Beths property for my daughters recent 5-week stay. It was a last-minute request, and Mary Beth was very accommodating. The property was exactly as described and was perfect for my daughters visit. The owners definitely care about the property, as its nicely-appointed with a perfect mix of modern appliances and antique furniture. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet and scenic. Both Sedona and Jerome, AZ are less than a 30-minute drive. Communications with Mary Beth were excellent!
