Great Property. Great Landlord.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It is well kept, located in a good location, and stocked with everything I needed. My favorite thing about it is that it was on the top floor with big windows and lots of natural light. You can see the beautiful mountains from the windows. Kristie is a very responsible landlord with great communication. She goes out of her way to take great care of the apartment, so it is in really good condition and very clean. If you need anything, all you have to do is text her! I almost forgot to mention that the bed is the most comfortable one I have ever slept on! I had a great stay, and I hope I am able to rent Kristie's apartment again in the future.

Traveling Medical Student

As a traveling medical student this was one of the best place I have stayed all year and affordable for the area! It did take a second to find the exact apartment, but the place was fully equipped with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen. The only downside is the apartment complex hallways are not the absolute most kept up, however that is 1000% the apartment complex fault and you see that everywhere. You do have to pay for laundry in the basement, but thats expected with bigger cities. The host was very responsive and so sweet. Highly recommend!

Terrible Communicator

I stayed at the property from Oct 1- Oct 30th 2024. My contract at the hospital canceled and I had to stop my contract, gave her 3 weeks notice. She waits days to respond and other times doesn't respond at all. Is very difficult to work with. She then told me she got another tenant signed on for the 1st of November. We rushed to move out of the place to accommodate the transfer to the new tenant. She then doesn't return full deposit because the new tenant didn't move in till the 3rd and charged me 3 days of rent. Her ceiling fixtures weren't installed properly and were falling down. Took weeks to repair/didn't repair before we moved out. The apartment complex is old. The hallways smell and had carpet stains. The complex is constantly doing maintenance, like water shut offs or water heater off. She doesn't inform you of the maintenance till the day of or not at all. I was there for just one month don't know how longer would be. When I asked for a refund she made a joke of it.
