Travel Nurse Stay

I rented a room from Niko while I was completed a travel assignment in Boise. I cannot say enough good things about my stay there. Niko was incredibly accommodating as a landlord. I had some storage needs, and I was a night shift worker as well. If you are a cleanliness person, you will not have any issues renting a room or renting the entire property from Niko. The entire house was kept spotless. As someone who stays in frequently, it was great to have such an incredible entertainment system in the basement. Not to mention the hot tub outside. All appliances are up to date. Never had any issues on that front. My truck literally broke down and Niko helped me get back to the house. I really cannot say enough great things about the house, or Niko himself. I would absolutely stay here again for future contracts.
