One year home away from home

My stay at Jen's was nothing short of wonderful. Jen is a fantastic host-trustworthy, respectful, and always clear and honest about the expectations that come with sharing a home. The photos of her property accurately reflect the space, and the house is clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the reasonable rent, the convenient location near UM/Jackson where I worked, having my own bathroom, free parking, and the flexibility to use the kitchen whenever I needed. The area also felt very safe. For the first six months, I often came home late at night and never had any issues. As an added bonus, her cat Gigio is absolutely adorable, even if he's a little shy. I would definitely recommend staying with Jen!

The Perfect Stay

I stayed at Jens place for 3 months and it was everything I needed and more! Jen is an amazing Landlord and was attentive to anything! I genuinely do not have a single complaint ... in terms of the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, air conditioning and my safety it was all perfect. Jen thank you again for everything, you made this experience in Miami seamless and memorable!

Amazing stay

I stayed with jennifer for 3 weeks. The stay was absolutely perfect. The place is neat and tidy with all amenities and looks just like the pictures. Jennifer is really welcoming and helpful and made me feel right at home. The cat is absolutely adorable. Would definitely stay here again if i'm in miami.

Absolutely wonderful stay

I stayed here for a month and it was a great place. Its located at a walkable distance from the Jackson and U Miami campuses. The owner is an absolute delight to talk to!
