Quiet, great for students and well big enough for 2 people to live comfortably. The private space is fantastically comfortable. It's appointed with plenty of storage space and large bathroom with oversized shower. Shared kitchen and living is comfortable and big enough to spread out.

Huge suite with private bath, work space, king bed, sitting area with projector/screen.

Its a huuuge room, big enough to make 2 rooms. Hence my describing it as 2 rooms.
Its a bigroom with an ensuite full bath, lots of storage, and staged with its own sitting area.
Its in a house which is a 2/2 and has a shared kitchen and living room.

So the common areas are shared but the "unit" is not. Its toyally private.

1mile to Jackson/UM/VA, Downtown, Wynwood, and Design District. 10 min to MIA.

Huge with it's own sitting room.
Suite is furnished and has a work station, projector, and private bathroom.
House is fully furnished including complete kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator. Access to W/D.

Coded locks on front door and bedroom.

Absolutely no smoking in the house.

I had a great stay at this accommodation. The room is spacious, comfortable, and comes with a private bathroom, which was a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals. The location is convenientjust a 20-minute walk from Jackson Memorial Hospitalmaking it ideal for clinical rotations. Jenn, the house owner, is kind and always ready to help with anything you need. Highly recommended!
