Loved this apartment!!

B & N were the BEST landlords!! Very attentive & quick replies! Any issues (which wasn't often) they got it sorted out for me! I was here for about 7 months with my bf & 4 cats, and there was PLENTY of space! 2 full bedrooms and an office so my boyfriend had a workspace since he works remote. There was plenty of storage throughout the main apartment. Bonus was the basement storage where the laundry is. The space is shared with the upstairs tenants however theres two sets of washer/dryers, and we each had our own side of the basement. The upstairs neighbors were lovely, we never had issues! Parking is behind the house, theres one space for each apartment, besides that street parking was available. Youre 15-20minutes from Yale. Grocery stores are 5-10minutes depending on traffic. There's also some shopping around the grocery stores, as well as a couple of coffee shops! Over all I would come back & stay! Great location and lovely landlords!!

Amazing property and landlords

I stayed at this property from October until the end of the month. The Landlord is amazing and very responsive. I locked myself out one night at 9pm and she was there within 15 minutes. The apartment itself is very spacious and has very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Hamden in the future.
