The best part of the property is the relaxing pool area. It is a nice place to get away and relax. Cool off in the pool or sit in the lounge chairs and read a book. The guest bathroom was updated several years ago, so it has a modern look to it. There is a nice functional kitchen to make your favorite meals. The homeowner is quiet and keeps to herself with her dog. I prefer to rent to a female.
