Comfy home, great location

I so enjoyed my stay in Waynesville! Dave's home was comfortable, clean and had all the necessities. He was a very attentive landlord and was on site most of the time for any needs. The house is about 1/2 mile walk from Lake Junaluska which is beautiful and has lovely trails. I would totally stay here again when I'm back in the area!

Great Location & Wonderful Landlord

We arrived at Sleepy Hollow the night before Hurricane Helene hit the area in earnest. Amid pouring rain, Dave helped us to get situated in this 3 bedroom/2bath home. It was a wonderful stay, offering us more room than we needed with a lovely porch to enjoy. The house was clean, quiet, and well-supplied with dishes, utensils, pots & pans, and other amenities like extra blankets and towels. The location of this house met our needs perfectly, being close to the Lake and to shopping. If we had questions, Dave was very responsive with answers and advice. He was accommodating without being intrusive. We really appreciated him and enjoyed our stay at this home.
