Caution!!!!

Very dark at sides and back of the building, no peep hole or camera to see who's at your door. The neighbors smoke" seeps into the apartment! At night & in the early morning hours more than one homeless, high &/or mental ill persons on foot in the street, sometimes in the middle of the street so out of it" you are forced to drive around them. I did not feel safe at all. The apartment was nice enough inside, the bathroom needs renovation, but was all in working order. but I do not smoke" and did not enjoy my home reeking like a Phish or greatfull Dead concert.
