PB Pad
My friend & I are both travel nurses & rented this place together! Wed already been in SD, & specifically PB, for over a year by the time we had to move to finish up our final contract. This is a good location, walking to distance to cafes/restaurants/grocery stores. Also walking distance to Crowne Point, which is really nice! You can take those trails all the way up around Mission Bay & the PB boardwalk. Super convenient location for both getting to the beach quickly (quick drive or a nice walk) & we were about a 15min drive to UCSD Jacobs in La Jolla. We were here through the winter & this place doesnt have central heating/cooling, but my roommate bought a little space heater that worked well for her (Im hot by nature & really didnt need it). We never met Marina in person, but she was always quick to respond & super helpful when needed! Check-in & check-out were also super easy. I would stay here again!
