Excellent Rental

We had a wonderful experience staying at this rental property. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and located in a quiet, safe area. It was conveniently close to everything we needed, including multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and St. Lukes Hospital, making our extended stay very comfortable and convenient. The property was well-stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen essentials, so we had everything we needed from day one. The host was fantastic to work with friendly, responsive, and very easy to rent from. Any questions or needs were addressed quickly, which made the entire experience stress-free. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained long-term rental and would gladly stay here again.

We needed a place to stay for 6 months, so we thought, and Lisa was more than accommodating to us with our needs. We ended up only staying for a month and a half, but we were so comfortable in this apartment!! The area is very quiet and safe. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook! From SHARP steak knives to cutting mats and baking dishes to leftover containers, this apartment has it all!! The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has its own heat/air control which I loved!! The bathroom is HUGE and has all the towels you need. The washer and dryer are wonderful and work really good! Wal-Mart is super close along with all the other stores to shop. This is a top notch place to stay and Lisa is so nice and great to work with...I would stay here again anytime!!

Cozy spot in Twin Falls

This apartment was the perfect spot for our relocating family. Location is great - close to, but around the corner from a couple of popular roads. No more than 10 minutes to everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic, street neighbors are all very nice, too. The building neighbors are all very respectful of the shared walls and there's not a ton of noise. Always had a place to park. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and clean! Kitchen is small, but was doable for our family of 4. Good wi-fi connection, comfy beds, and a quiet neighborhood...what more could you ask for? As a bonus: Lisa is fantastic to work with!
