Above and Beyond in Every Way

Absolutely beautiful place—spacious, spotless, and stocked with more than I could have needed for my stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I unfortunately visited during a major ice storm, and the hosts went above and beyond to help me, even offering food and a ride to the hospital. They were incredibly kind and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Home away from home!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sally's place! It is in very close proximity to UK Chandler Hospital and UK Good Samaritan Hospital which was great because I worked at both. It is a basement apartment but it definitely did not feel like it as it's very clean, modern, and spacious. The place had everything I needed including a variety of cooking materials as I am someone who cooks often. Sally and her family live next door which was very convenient. I have not one complaint for this apartment and would definitely stay again if I come back to the area!

Lexington Stay

Sally and her family were very sweet and welcoming. I appreciate all she did to the rental as it made for a very comfortable and convenient stay. This renovated basement is spacious with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and large main rooms. You'll be a tenant under someone in the home, and walls can be a bit thin at times for noise. Central heating is shared with house. Location is in a quiet neighborhood with dedicated parking in driveway. Close to UK hospital. Family lives next door if any needs, and are very pleasant.
