Perfect Place near Downtown Greenville

This is the perfect apartment to stay in around Greenville. Zeke is an extremely accommodating host; he's the perfect landlord that is there when you need him and values your privacy when you don't. I stayed here for 4 months and enjoyed every day in this place; I could not recommend it enough.

Rented this apartment for a 3 month work contract and it was perfect! It is in a nice neighborhood within a short driving distance to many restaurants, grocery stores etc. Whenever I got there the apartment had pots, pans, cups and plates all stocked which was super convenient! Zeke the landlord was awesome, down to earth & answers texts/calls almost instantly. Can't say anything bad about the place, it is exactly as the pictures listed!

Great Apartment

This apartment is excellent for a single person. Its less than 10 minutes from downtown, has ample space and amenities, and is in great condition. Zeke, the owner, is by far the best landlord Ive ever had. He was always helpful, and if I ever had an issue when he was unavailable, his brother was always willing to step up and help out. A few months into my stay, Zeke brought over a Traeger smoker and I used it often. It was such an awesome addition. In an additional show of his generosity, Zeke brought over a generator and fuel when the power was knocked out for 9 days due to Hurricane Helene. Hes truly a stand up guy. If youre looking for something close to downtown that checks all the boxes, this is the place for you.
