Great place in St Pete

Highly recommend this placean easy 10/10! My daughter stayed here for five months while finishing college, and she truly loved it. The space was comfortable, peaceful, and kept in excellent condition. The landlords were amazing, easy to communicate with, and always ensured everything was handled properly. The location was perfect 10 minutes from the St. Pete Pier and USF, 20 minutes to Tampa, and surrounded by great restaurants and attractions. Perfect for college students. She would absolutely stay here again.

10/10 Home Experience

I highly recommend this place a solid 10/10 experience! I stayed here for six months while completing my internship, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The space felt incredibly homey, and I had plenty of privacy. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully organized. The landlords were absolutely wonderful always kind, attentive, and quick to check in to see if anything was needed or to address any concerns. The location is unbeatable!!! The St. Pete Pier is only 10 minutes away, Tampa is just a 20-minute drive, and there are countless local restaurants and attractions nearby. As an active person, I loved how easy it was to enjoy weekends with friends or family who came to visit & try different spots by the area. This is genuinely the perfect spot, and I would 1000% stay here again!
