Lovely stay
Great find! The apartment is great, spacious, and in s great location. Peaceful neighborhood and beautiful trees surrounding the area. The host was very responsive, professional, and a pleasant person to meet. Highly recommend (I've done much research on ATL stays before my stay, this is up there)
Beautiful space in a great location
Really tastefully adorned space in a wonderful location in Atlanta that was easy to get to all the places you need to be. Great communication with the ownership. The neighborhood and street are also so beautiful and cozy!
Good location, difficult management
The upside is the apartment is well located near midtown Atlanta. The downsides include security" cameras that the landlord uses to monitor if you have taken the trash cans out and a bed that is about as comfortable as your college dorm. Initially, the landlord was responsive. Then when there was an issue with our work contracts and we had questions about the lease, she dodged all of our questions and minimally responded. BE AWARE: Only reserve one month at a time. If your contract is canceled and you have reserved dates, they will make you pay 30% of each month you had planned on being there even if the apartment is re leased and you give more than 30 days notice.
