I have stayed in this unit for 4 months and my experience was horrible!!! The person who wrote the first review was 100% dishonest. Since being here I have been harassed and threatened by Mr. Knowles. First he was going through my thrash (looking for God knows what) only to text me to put cardboard boxes in thrash bags. Next came the demand for me to tell him who was visiting me. I worked 6 days a week and only had visitors on Sundays and that was a problem. Next came calls and texts messages while I was at work saying he was going to enter the unit without my permission to change a filter. Next was trying to tell me when I could wash clothes. Next was the belittling me and intimidation. Next was him trying to tell me I violated my lease because noise. Then came the daily letters he placed on the front door. (Keep filter he could have placed at the door) however never did. It was so much more but I have a limited amount of space to write!!! Run

Burt and Jeanie were the absolute best! I cannot say enough good things about them! They made sure I had batteries when the power went out when we had some bad storms. They provided ice melt for the stairs for when it snowed. They both went out of their way to make sure I was welcomed and comfortable here. The apartment is super clean and the furniture is up to date and nice! The kitchen counters are brand new and everything I needed was in the kitchen. I have stayed about 6 months here and the neighbors are great. Its quiet and everyone is friendly. Its a nice neighborhood to take a walk in. I would definitely recommend staying here!!
