Excellent stay

The area is safe and quiet which was great working nights. I brought my dogs with me and the neighborhood was great for walking:) G.K was quick to respond to any of my questions and was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and the apartment was spotless on my arrival.

Great Apartment, Convenient Location

This is a really nicely remodeled apartment with everything you would need. Great bonuses were the heated garage and having your own laundry. I could easily live here permanently....

Stay here!

This apartment was fantastic. Ive done travel nursing for years now and it is rare to stay in a place and have everything be perfect. The bed was so comfortable. The water pressure was strong and I miss it The area is so peaceful, quiet and felt extremely safe. If I ever go back to Madison this would be my go to spot to temporarily call home.

Responsive Landlord, extremely clean unit, safe

Ive been a travel nurse for several years, and its rare that I come across a rental that truly meets my expectationsespecially when it comes to cleanliness. This place exceeded them. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated that it was on the second floor, which made me feel extra safe, and the neighborhood itself felt very secure and quiet. The beds were super comfortable (a huge plus after long shifts!), and the overall layout made it feel like a home away from home. The landlord was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay. If I ever take another contract in Madison, this would be my first choice. Highly recommend!
