I stayed at this beautiful property for July and August of 2025. The homeowner has done a wonderful job on restoring everything to original state, down to the door knobs. Very well cared for, landlord is very accommodating, professional. The neighborhood an area is very easy to access Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Park, Old Town Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs all these places are within 15 minutes of property. Very friendly neighborhood, Mountain view sunset view. Would definitely rent this property again. Hope everyone else gets to enjoy it the way I did.

Wonderful Home

My wife and I loved our 10 week stay! Linda was a great landlord and very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house, yard, patio, and garden were all excellent and clearly well cared for. The location was ideal, with easy access to many nearby trails. The home truly felt like a place to live, not just a rental. Thoughtful decorations, lots of storage, hooks in the right places, and overall comfort made a big difference. This was the best furnished place we have used and it had everything we could possibly need. The washer and dryer worked well, the Peloton bike was a huge plus, and the office setup with a proper desk made working from home easy and comfortable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home near some amazing nature!

A Cozy Oasis Near Red Rock Canyon

We absolutely loved our 7+ month stay here. The home is gorgeous, cozy beyond belief, with thoughtful touches throughout. We especially enjoyed the amazing private garden patio and expansive yard, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening under the stars. Inside, the place is well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the fast internet was reliable, and the furnishings made it feel like home. The location could not be better. We were just minutes from Old Colorado City for shops and dining, and very close to Red Rock Canyon, which was ideal for daily runs and bike rides. It truly is a great spot for anyone who loves the outdoors. Linda, our landlady, was outstanding. She was very responsive, accommodating, and always ready with helpful tips. Her attentiveness really made our stay seamless and relaxing. In short, this property offers comfort, convenience, and charm in one beautiful setting. We highly recommend it.
