Great place and great landlord.

Stayed here with my little family for the remaining of my nursing contract. The apartment was very comfortable. It had all necessary appliances and amenities. If there were any issues that arose, Karl was quick to resolve them. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

Scenic View

I stayed here with a roommate and enjoyed the place. It was close to Presbyterian hospital (walking distance of about 10 mins max walking slowly) and close enough to shopping centers and restaurants where most rides were less than 8 min in a car. This made my Ubers/lyfts cheap. I felt safe with the gated entry and often walked around the area as well. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked with utensils that I needed to cook. Cooking was very important during my time there to prepare my meals and the space was perfect for that. You also have access to the rooftop which was my favorite part. It was really nice to look at the city and watch sunsets there. I even spent New Years on the rooftop and you could see the fireworks from around the city. All in and all I really loved the unit and wished I could have stayed longer.

Great for Presbyterian Travelers!

Great apartment to stay at while working at Presbyterian hospital. I was able to walk to work everyday in under 10 minutes. I travel with my 60lb dog and it had plenty of space for the two of us. Not much of a yard for her to play in, but Roosevelt Park is only a 5 minute drive. Karl was an awesome landlord, super chill, and always checked in to see if everything was okay. Very responsive through text - would get back to me within 1-2 hours usually. Accepts Venmo for rent payment which was really convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
