This beautiful renovated private apartment is near the heart of Logan Square. It is a comfortable one-bedroom garden apartment with full front windows. The cabinets are slow-close, and the mattress is queen-soft comfort memory foam, one of the most comfortable mattresses we've slept on. We are in Logan Square and near Palmer Square. Nestled between the California and Western Blue line stops. Logan Square is home to some of the best restaurants and bars Chicago has to offer. Logan Square is approximately 4 miles north and a little west from downtown.
Amazing Stay
Amanda and Tony were wonderful! They were very friendly, accommodating, and always a phone call away. The unit itself was clean and neat, and I didn't feel that anything was missing. Amanda and Tony did a great job of ensuring everything you might need in your stay is included! I also had no major issues with the unit; everything worked and functioned properly. The unit was exactly as described and pictured! Now, the only thing I would like to highlight for future tenants is the location of the blue line. It is very close (around a 7 min walk); however, both the Forest Park/UIC Halsted and O'Hara lines run directly above this unit's backyard. If you are not used to the train operating every 4-10 minutes, it can take a bit to get used to. But since this unit is underground, it didn't take me too long to get accustomed (~1 week). However, I just wanted to highlight the only potential "negative" for incoming tenants.
