Perfect Rental !!!

My Boyfriend, myself and 9 year old daughter, 2 rabbits and my dog all moved from FL to CO and we stayed here for 2 perfect months! The apartment is such a good size we all had plenty of room. We were able to fit a twin size bed in the bedroom along with the queen that was in there and still have plenty of space to navigate around! The balcony is lovely and the apartment is a close walk to a view of the mountains. The place is also pretty centrally located which we enjoyed as we got familiar with our new surroundings. This place has all the amenities you could need and the house even came stocked with basic necessities like toiletries and kitchen supplies. Clean and cozy!! Hosts were great! Would absolutely reccomend and stay again if we needed to :)

My Boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 months and we absolutely adored it! Everything we needed was provided for us. There is so much more space here than these pictures show. Chris was always very responsive when it came to fixing a couple things here and there such as the garbage disposal, and the sink faucet. Literally he would come over the day we messaged to help fix things and have them done the same day. Jeffery always kept things easy and simple for our rent payments and lease extension that we ended up doing. They Both uphold a very great property, and lease management. Never once did we have any complaints staying here, the walls are thick and you don't hear anything from the other side of the duplex. They were very sweet, anytime it snowed they shoveled the sidewalks for us as well! They are very good people and so respectful and I would Absolutely stay here again. Thank you both, for giving us a home away from home! It was perfect! We definitely recommend!!!
