Temporary Housing Stay for Work!

I stayed at this property for almost a year during my time on a construction project in Oak Ridge, TN. The location was the perfect distance to my work, but also all of the best spots in West Knoxville and even a short drive from downtown. The home was stocked with all of the necessities to make this place home during my travel project. I had intended to stay only a short term, but continued to extend my stay as it was such a perfect fit. Dana was great, easy to work with and extremely responsive! The property is extremely clean and would be a good fit for any travelers as well as a full family. It is a very spacious home. I would definitely recommend to any of my fellow short term workers in the Oak Ridge area.

Perfect for our family of four!

My family and I stayed here for my month-long medical school rotation at UT Knoxville. The house was perfect for our stay! It was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. The very private fenced-in patio and backyard was perfect for our two little kids to run around in. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located. Dana was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. She also gave us great recommendations for things to do around Knoxville. We loved staying here and definitely recommend it!
