The apartment is very very located for walking to all activities downtown, it is 1.4 miles from the UVM Medical center and 8 min walk to a grocery store...a car is not needed at our location. The apartment is very comfortable for a couple or remote workers as it is sunny in the living space and quiet in the bedroom. The fixtures and furniture are new and modern and very clean.
We have a smart TV and Apple TV for use; we provide netflix and youtube TV for you.

My name is Cheri and I have enjoyed being both and host and a landlord to various tenants. My interest in traveling and meeting people in different communities has driven my desire to be a host to travelers. Our local Medical Center has saved my life with an emergency surgery and my nursing care was provided by traveling nurses; it was a great experience. They shared with me the need for nice housing and I decided to offer some of my property for this use.
