Great Stay
David’s place was truly a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. What really stood out was David himself, he was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and was more than willing to work with me on accommodations when needed, which I truly appreciated. I’m very grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend David’s place to anyone looking for a welcoming, stress-free stay.

Best ADU!!
Perfect location about a 12 minute drive from CCare Cancer center and St Agnes! I was able to go on walks and felt safe leaving early in the morning or coming home late at night. David had everything I needed and if I needed anything else he was quick to respond! It was always great to run into David and his son and they were always friendly and welcoming! Will try to stay here again if I ever take another contract!

Home away from home
Such an awesome little place. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Great landlord. David was great, very responsive with any questions or concerns. I loved staying here.

Perfect ADU
David was my landlord for two units (I was living in another one was further away prior to this ADU was completed), and I was the first one to move into this ADU. It was a cute unit with a loft. I had everything I needed and if I wanted something, I could always asked him. David was quick and responsive to texts. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. When it was not too hot, walking around the neighborhood was a pleasant experience.

Outstanding host
David is an extraordinary host. Renting from him was a delight! He created an environment that reflected mindfulness towards what a tenant might need, as well as provided a charming environment to return to after a days work. It truly felt like home away from home. He was also highly responsive to any questions. I cant say enough about the few times I ran into him and his family, their smiles were always uplifting and bright. Id rent from David again, and would highly recommend him to any tenant!
