wonderful property for our small family
layout if very thoughtful and whole unit looked just like the pictures. me, my wife, and toddler made this our temporary home for a few months and it was great. landowners are very friendly and flexible. the home is all new and well kept. appliances and laundry are great. we really enjoyed our time here

A Perfect Home Away From Home!
We absolutely loved our stay! The location was great-roughly a mile from the beach and Riviera Village. The house has a wonderful Hawaiian vibe, was extremely clean, and had more than enough room for us. Having the extra bedroom was a real plus and, even though we hardly used them, I loved that there was a TV in every room. The host was fantastic-so responsive, helpful, and proactive about making sure everything was just right. We also loved the outdoor area, where we enjoyed happy hour most days. It became one of our favorite places to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the house truly had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. It really felt like our perfect home away from home!

Wonderful place & Maria is amazing!
Maria's place was perfect for my girlfriend and I. There was plenty of storage for all our things and the space truly felt like ours. Maria graciously provided extra coat rack for additional storage. There's also an attic that really saved us! We really enjoyed the open living space and the natural light that came in daily. Maria all together was amazing, very easy to communicate with and truly welcomed us!

A Secure, Modern, and Welcoming Stay
Couldn't recommend this place more. The hosts were great - friendly, responsive, and respectful of privacy. The home is new and secure, with a lovely garden out front. It's an ADU behind a gate from the main house. The location is perfect: a 5-minute drive gets you to the beach, groceries, or coffee, and there's a great park within walking distance. We especially loved the amazing neighborhood holiday lights that we could enjoy without the traffic. Would happily stay here again.
