Cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Fully stocked for people who love to cook. Comfortable, quiet, great location. Off-season use is even more quiet but drive is plowed, house is near the ocean but far enough to be outside of the flood destruction. Cozy and safe.
Space
The space comfortably fits 8 people. There is s smart TV in the living room and each of the 2nd floor bedrooms. Heat is controlled by a thermostat on each floor, allowing you to create a different comfort level for sleeping and living. The first floor has a three sided gas fireplace that can be seen from all first floor living spaces. There is also a back deck and front porch for relaxing.
Neighborhood overview
Our home is one of 4 stand-alone homes in a small HOA that also includes a 4 bedroom Bed & Breakfast. Off season is very quiet with less traffic on Route one and few "comings and goings" in HOA behind our house. The location is convenient to beaches (walking and driving), a grocery store and pharmacy, year-round restaurants (several that are walking distance), York Community Hospital, and more.
