Furnished 1BR Entire Daylight Basement Apartment Near Pt Defiance and Pt Ruston - Utilities Included

Wonderful rental!

I rented this basement apartment while on assignment in Tacoma. I hardly needed anything at move-in. Janice and Tom are so hospitable and accommodating. They made several adjustments and suggestions to make my stay safe and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Plenty of site seeing nearby. A perfect place!

Perfect, Cozy Apartment

The landlords are very sweet & helpful, they did a wonderful job with the apartment renovations & providing everything you could need while staying there. Everything worked perfectly & I felt very comfortable. I worked every type of shift possible at my facility and I never had issues with not being able to sleep. The house is in a perfect spot for commuting to work in Tacoma. Its also a great spot if you want to drive up to Seattle/tons of homes around Washington/the Bremerton Ferry terminal is a quick drive away. Walking around Point Defiance park is lovely! Overall I 10/10 recommend this lovely place!
