Dirty old home thats not taken care of and has a bug problem

I have stayed at over 9 furnished finders and this is one of the worst ones!On move in day it smelled musty, was dirty (cigarette butt on the carpet, mold in washing machine, dirt on baseboards, roach in kitchen), had several patched holes in the wall, & damage to appliances and furniture. It also had bed bugs that took weeks to fix and despite pest control, there was an ongoing roach issue. There is several safety concerns including possible mold under baseboards and the shed and fence falling apart in the backyard.After bringing these concerns up to the landlord he was defensive and said he has good reviews on Airbnb so he just band-aided the problems and gave a little off rent which was overpriced the begin with especially with the condition of it. When I moved out he agreed to not charge a cleaning fee if it was clean and he still charged me claiming pet hair was everywhere from my service dog.I cleaned well & took a thorough video upon move out and it didn't reflect that at all !
